The Pitt Business Analytics Institute is designed to give students practice in analytical skill development. Analytical skills are essential for navigating complex and dynamic business landscapes, making data-driven decisions, and effectively solving problems.

The Pitt Business Analytics Institute prepares students to earn Alteryx micro- credentials and strengthens their skills and comfortability using Tableau.
Schedule
This program runs every fall semester and consists of six two-hour sessions.
How to Apply
Undergraduate business students should apply on Handshake by searching in the “Events” tab for the name of program and following directions after registering for the event. Students will be required to complete an assessment after submitting an application. This assessment will be used to help staff guage whether or not a student has the fundamental knowledge to succeed in this program.
