Welcome to Alumni-In-Mentorship
Overview of the Program
Each mentee will be matched with one dedicated mentor. Students are matched with a mentor whose professional experience aligns with the mentee’s field of interest. The program will run 9 weeks in length, split into three phases. Each phase contains recommended goals, outcomes, and discussion points. Listed below are the timelines regarding phases.
The program is offered ONCE in the Fall, and ONCE in the spring each year. Pitt Commons is the software used for the matching, and record keeping for the program

Structure of Phases

Outline of the Matching Process
- Participants will be selected based on responses to the registration questions.
- Matching will be based on a combination of factors including preferences selected by mentees and overlap in interests and background identified in program registration questions.
- Incomplete profiles will not be considered for matching.
- You will receive an email notification once you are matched with your mentor or mentee.
