DICK's Sporting Goods
Moussa Coulibaly joined DICK’s Sporting Goods in 2002. Throughout his career, the sporting goods retailer saw tremendous growth. This growth happened organically and through the acquisition of other retailers, Galyan’s and Golf Galaxy. Moussa has served in a variety of roles at DICK’s Sporting Goods, including stints in Allocations and Replenishment and Strategic Planning, and he has served as the company’s Treasurer.
Moussa came to the United States from Mali in the 1980's and at the time, he did not know any English. He enrolled in an English as a Second Language course at the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Accounting from Duquesne University and a Master of Business Administration from the Katz Graduate School of Business.
He began his career in retail starting as an overnight stock boy. Now, Vice President of Planning, Allocations, and Replenishment, Moussa is in charge of the all merchandising functions as it relates to Team Sports/Fitness, Licensed, Pricing, Analytic & Business Intelligence and Team Sports HQ.
