The University of Pittsburgh College of Business Administration (CBA) is the undergraduate division of the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. CBA is ranked among the nation's best undergraduate business programs by U.S. News & World Report. CBA prides itself on providing a rigorous curriculum, as well as emphasizing professional development opportunities through the CBA Career Services team in the CBA Center for Student Success. The strength of CBA students, both academically and professionally, offers full time and internship candidates who have the ability to add value to an organization from the day they begin working.
CBA Career Services helps organizations access the right CBA students with the right skills at the right time through a recruiting program that is custom designed to accommodate the organization's needs as well as those of the students. Our recruiting begins with the CBA Career Conference in September, and our facilities are available for interviewing needs from October through April.

CBA Career Services assists employers in attracting the largest pool of qualified candidates with the least amount of administrative effort. Participation in CBA's customized programming allows organizations to identify potential candidates early in their academic careers, and influence their development toward acquiring the key competencies required for employment.
