*A score of 4 qualifies the student for the honors section of CHEM 0110 if he or she wishes, although the student will not receive both AP credit and credit for CHEM 0110 UHC.

**6 credits for ENGCMP 0000 and ENGCMP 0200 will be awarded only with a score of 5 on the AP exam, combined with a score of 600 or above on the Critical Reading section of the old SAT or a score of 660 or above on the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing section of the new SAT. Without the required SAT score, students will receive 3 credits for ENGCMP 0000.

***To receive credit, students must complete both Physics 1 & 2 exams. A score of 4 on one exam and 5 on the other is required to receive credit for PHYS 0110. Students need to score a 5 on both exams to receive credit for both PHYS 0110 and PHYS 0111.

+Students wishing to take additional language courses are also encouraged to take the department's placement exam.
